Innovation meets tradition - At the headquarters of Graubünden Cantonal Bank, the challenge is to expand and combine historic and new buildings as well as the bank's various functions and responsibilities in line with requirements. The two-storey extension, which adjoins a listed ensemble, was revitalized and equipped with contemporary technology in a modern look. Existing roller shutter-like sun protection was replaced in its function by dynamic solar control glass from eyrise® and thus the floor-to-ceiling glass elements on the second floor now offer a unique view of the city of Chur, the Fontanapark and the mountains of Graubünden under any lighting conditions. In addition, eyrise® is supporting the ambitious sustainability goals of Graubünden Cantonal Bank with our dynamic solar shading glass.
